This was supposed to be a place to showcase my pet projects and various creative endeavors, but has fallen by the wayside given my various off-line activities. |
I am Ankit Patel. I am currently working on obtaining my BS in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. If all goes well, that’ll be in 2013. I work, I go to school, and I play guitar.
I’m interested in just about all things tech, from the latest gadgets to the newest tweaks for old devices. Computer hardware, new software of the Free and Open Source variety, mathematics, video games, and i suppose any sort of puzzle will intrigue me in some way.
I never really decided what I wanted to do with this site. It seems to just be a place to brain dump various thoughts as they pop into my head and make their way to my fingers and into a web form or a text document. Someday, I’m sure I’ll come up with something. In the mean time, It’ll just be here on the web as I try to overtake the millions of other Ankit Patel’s on the internet in Google search rankings.
A friend of mine once said something that sort of sums up my philosophy: “If Ankit doesn’t do something, it’s not because he hasn’t tried it; it’s because he’s tried it and it didn’t work.”
